About this Talk
Every person, on every corner, of every street, sleeps and needs to sleep well for optimal health. The Sleep Health Foundation hopes to contribute to a happier, healthier, and more productive society by driving the sleep health message and connecting people to resources and knowing of the pathways to better sleep. Sleep is still undervalued and misunderstood by most people. In this session you will learn more about the basic science of sleep, the truth about naps, some analysis of sleep trackers, an overview of how to know if you're getting too much sleep or too little sleep, you will also learn what a 'chronotype' is, and most importantly, find out how to get more Zzzz's if you're struggling with your sleep.
