Why is wellbeing important? People who have higher levels of wellbeing are more resilient, have more energy, are healthier and happier. In its simplest form, wellbeing is the ability to feel good and function effectively. It allows you to ‘be well’ feeling good psychologically, physically, and socially and to ‘do good’ achieving what you would like to each day, be that at work or at home.
