A leader's life can be one of great fortune and fulfilment. But for most, it's also becoming an experience that involves personal sacrifices that leave them physically and mentally overwhelmed, insecure, exhausted, resentful, under-valued and frequently unwell.
Expectations of leaders today are high and often contradictory, and nowhere is this more evident than in relation to mental health and wellbeing.
