About this Talk
Dads today have the chance to define themselves much more broadly than their father’s generation. But only if they are willing to lean into the gig. The tired and outdated breadwinner model is just as limiting for men as it is for women. Men can now break free of restrictive gender norms and help to break women free from slower career progression. There are extraordinary opportunities, and also challenges, which we can overcome, for the benefit of everyone.
