About this Talk
There's a strong relationship between mental health and inclusion. When people feel safe to be themselves and celebrated for who they are, it has a positive impact on mental health.
While mental health and diversity have typically been managed as separate issues, we should be looking at the unique causes of mental health challenges for people in diverse population groups and developing supports and interventions that are fit for purpose.
Join me to explore what a mental health strategy could look like if you address it through a diversity lens.
