One of my favourite phrases is “Everything in moderation, including moderation”.
I promote a very balanced approach toward diet, exercise, and lifestyle. We live in a world where we’re constantly bombarded with what we should and shouldn’t be eating, and how to be ‘healthy’ has simply gotten too complicated and confusing! Health is not a black-and-white, one-size fits all approach. We are all so unique and need to listen to our bodies and cater to them, not against. My goal is to inspire, educate and help others find what healthy looks like for them! By providing you with evidence-based education and support around achievable goal setting, we can build sustainable health habits together.
Exercise is about much more than just the physical benefits, but the mental benefits too. Finding a form − or forms − of movement which are enjoyable for you is key to consistency! Let’s work on making healthy enjoyable habits for life.
