Clinical & Health Psychologist, Transitioning Well A senior Clinical & Health Psychologist who has psychologically supported many autistic adults identify their own neurodivergence and promote their wellbeing. Currently, Leah works with organisations to embrace neurodivergence in the workplace and is also a proud parent of 2 neurodivergent children.

Leah is a Clinical and Health Psychologist and experienced coach and facilitator. She is highly accomplished and passionate about designing and delivering solution-focused, evidence-based coaching and education for individuals, teams and organisations. With a focus on empowering people to be their best, she endeavours to help clients clarify goals, improve performance, strengthen leadership skills and improve workplace relationships and culture.
Leah has extensive training in delivering therapeutic interventions and can tailor deliverables to the specific needs of organisations and their staff. Leah has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including private clinical practice, research, public hospitals and professional practice associations. She also offers more than 15 years of experience in consultancy, project management, facilitation, policy development and government relations services.
Leah holds a Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
