Katie is a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist, with 12 years’ experience working in corporate. As National Operations Manager – Client Services at the Centre for Corporate Health, she is focused on improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes for employees and organisations. She enjoys forming meaningful relationships with clients and organisations to deliver personal and business value through insight and growth. She is experienced in supporting corporate clients in a range of industries including Law, Financial Services, Technology, Media and The Arts. With strong interpersonal skills she enjoys apply key psychological principles to understand people and organisations and collaborate on practical strategies for sustainable wellbeing.
As a Senior Consultant Psychologist at CFCH Katie provides short term solution focused EAP sessions to support employees experiencing a range of workplace and personal issues. She has particular interest in stress management for peak performance, mental health, relationship issues and LGBTQIA+ community support. She provides Manager Assist and HR Advisory Support and delivers a variety of group training programs to support the mental health and wellbeing of employees and leaders. She is passionate about capacity building in leadership with a focus on building positive workplace cultures in relation to mental health and wellbeing as well as prevention of vicarious trauma.
Outside of the Centre for Corporate Health she has worked in a variety of corporate, academic and clinical settings. This includes as a Lecturer in Post Graduate Psychology and Sydney Business School and as a Youth Access Clinician at Headspace supporting youth mental health.
