With a focus on nurturing the body both inside and out, my approach to wellness is holistic, encompassing all aspects of exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness. My diverse career in the fitness industry has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the role of exercise in promoting longevity and living an abundant life. By shifting the focus away from weight loss alone, my goal is to help clients find enjoyment in movement while supporting them to unlock new levels of energy, strength and confidence.
